Some schools have provided me with a supply teacher folder with some, but not all the details a supply teacher might need to know. I want to put one of these together for my class in September but want your ideas about what you think should be in it.
So far I have:
- Class timetable (also displayed on wall)
- Current plans (also displayed)
- Log in for computer
- Details of support staff in class (names, if 1:1, times of their breaks)
- Location of extra equipment that might be needed (Art, music, PE)
- Emergency procedures
- Class information
- Behaviour management and reward schemes in place
What else do you think do you think should be included in this type of folder?
